+ If I order my Test online or over the phone, how long will it be until I get it?
You have a choice when you purchase your kit to select next day or ground shipping. Ground shipments may take more time depending on how far you are from our facility.
Test kits are shipped the next business day after you place an order (Eastern Time). If you order a kit on Friday, our commitment is to ship it on or before Monday.
Every test is important to us, but we can not "rush" orders. Our warehouse teams generally do not work weekends or holidays.
+ I received the Test Kit materials in the mail. What do I do now?
The next step is to register your test at Biotechaccelerated.com/register. Then, follow the directions on the pamphlet in your box. For more information on the testing process, click here.
+ How do I ship my sample back for Testing after I'm done collecting my sample?
- DOUBLE CHECK the cap on your specimen tube is tightly closed.
- Place specimen tube and completed Lab Requisition Form in biohazard bag and press firmly across the closure to securely zip.
- Place the bagged specimen and Lab Form into the box and place the absorbent sheet on top
- Rip off the plastic strip on the box to reveal the seal, and close the lid.
- Place your enclosed return label on the box without covering the diamond or serial number.
- Write down your return label tracking number to track at ups.com/track
- Drop off the sealed return box at the closest UPS Drop Off within 24 hours of specimen collection. Find your location at ups.com/dropoff
- Note: When searching for UPS drop off locations, check the box for “accepts restricted articles” on the ups.com/dropoff online search tool to avoid shipping delays. Do not drop off this test at a UPS drop box on weekends as this will incur delays.

+ Can I return my Test and get my money back?
No. As this is a medical device, you cannot return it.
+ What should I do if my Test Kit shipment was damaged in the mail?

+ Is Biotech Accelerated able to ship Test Kits to a PO Box address?
Yes.
+ What happens if I delay sending back my Test after taking it?
Please send your sample to the lab within 24 hours of collection. Do not delay sending your Test back to the lab.
+ Can I drop my Sample off at a UPS drop box?
We discourage dropping your Sample off at a UPS drop box because it may delay your shipment. Make sure you drop it off before the pick up time. Do not drop off this test at a UPS drop box on weekends as this will incur delays.
+ Why can't my Test Kit be shipped to me if I have not completing screening?
Your Test Kit(s) cannot be shipped until the person ordering has completed this screening questionnaire. Even if you are ordering multiple Test Kits, only one screening is required. A Dr.'s order is required before the product will ship. This is automatically provided at no cost to you when you complete the Screening process. Your order will then ship with no additional delays or follow up required. The CDC requires our lab to collect demographic information from those who order COVID-19 Testing.
